NEXA Office is a free tool. Please read the points below before you rely on it for something important.

General

NEXA Office is provided "as is", without any promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Use it at your own risk and check your work.

Your data and backups

Files are saved in your browser, which has limited space (about 5 MB) and can be cleared by you, by your browser, or by your device. Always export important work as .docx, .xlsx or .pptx, or use Download backup on the home page. We cannot recover files that are lost, because we never have a copy.

File compatibility

NEXA Office saves and opens standard Office Open XML files. We have checked them with LibreOffice and open-source tools, but not with every version of Microsoft Office or other programs. Some features, such as Sheets charts, conditional formatting and Slides speaker notes, are not saved in exported files, and some content in imported files may be simplified or skipped. Check the result before you share it.

Templates are not professional advice

Templates such as letters, resumes, reports, proposals and the tax invoice are starting points only. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and we don't promise that a template meets any legal or tax requirement. In particular, check the current Australian Taxation Office rules for tax invoices, and get professional advice where it matters.

Calculations

Spreadsheet formulas follow common spreadsheet behaviour, but results may differ from other programs in edge cases. Verify any figures you depend on, especially for finance, health or safety.

AI-generated content

If you use the optional AI helper, its output can be wrong, incomplete or misleading. Review it before use. Text you send goes to the provider you choose, not to us.
