By using NEXA Office you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Who we are

NEXA Office (nexaoffice.nexus) is provided by Aussi-Nexus Group, ABN 76 947 108 181, Queensland, Australia ("we", "us"). It is a browser-based office suite with Docs, Sheets and Slides.

2. Using NEXA Office

NEXA Office is free to use for personal, study and business purposes. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it through your browser. You must not:

copy, resell or republish the software or this website as your own product;
attempt to break, overload or interfere with the service or our servers;
use it to create or share unlawful, infringing, harassing or harmful content;
remove copyright or trademark notices.

3. Your content

You own the documents, spreadsheets and presentations you create. They are stored in your own browser and are not sent to us. You are responsible for your content and for keeping backups (see the Disclaimer).

4. Optional AI features

The AI helper is off until you connect your own AI provider. If you turn it on, the text you choose to send goes from your browser straight to that provider, under that provider's terms and pricing. We don't receive it and aren't responsible for that provider.

5. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use NEXA Office after a change means you accept it.

6. No warranty and limit of liability

NEXA Office is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss, including lost files or data, or lost profits, arising from your use of it. See the Disclaimer for detail.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where a liability can't be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

7. Third-party names

Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Google is a trademark of Google LLC. NEXA Office is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
