Privacy Policy

In short: your documents stay in your browser. We don't ask you to sign up, we don't run advertising, and NEXA Office has no analytics or tracking scripts of its own.

1. Who is responsible

Aussi-Nexus Group, ABN 76 947 108 181, Queensland, Australia, operates NEXA Office. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, as far as they apply to us.

2. What we collect

Your files: not collected. Documents, spreadsheets and presentations are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. They are never uploaded to our server.
Account details: none. There are no accounts.
Technical logs: like any website, our hosting and network provider process basic request data, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and time, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

3. Information stored on your device

NEXA Office saves your files, your light or dark theme choice, and any AI settings you enter (including an API key, if you add one) in your browser's storage. A service worker also keeps a copy of the app so it works offline. This stays on your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.

4. AI features (optional)

If you enter an AI endpoint, the text you ask it to process is sent from your browser directly to that endpoint. That provider's privacy policy applies. Don't send information you aren't comfortable sharing with it.

5. Network and hosting providers

Traffic to nexaoffice.nexus passes through Cloudflare and our server host. They process requests to deliver the site, under their own policies. We don't sell personal information.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us below. Because your files never reach us, we cannot see or recover them. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to us first, and then to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

7. Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its date.
